Aseptic Transfer System for Isolator Filling Line

RTP Technology (Rapid Transfer Port Technology) is a technology that allows the safe and fast transfer of materials between two different classified areas, preventing the risk of contamination. Because of this, RTP is critical process equipment and must accomplish some key points:

The Alpha Port:

• Is a fully interlocked, safe system available in 120, 190, 270, and 350 sizes. The 190 size is the most common.

• Is integrated on the isolator and fixed together.

The VHP Bio-decontamination Pod:

• When the isolator is fumigated with VHP, the Alpha door is opened, and the lip seal can be VHP decontaminated under the protection of the pod.

The SS Beta Container:

• Is widely used and can be reused after cleaning. It is used for the transfer of key components on the filling line, and the transfer of maintenance tools, etc.
